Rental Policies and Procedures

Pricing:
Rates are quoted for a daily, single use rental.  We normally allow a 72 hour period to accommodate delivery and pickup.  Items rented for a weekend event would typically be delivered on Thursday or Friday and picked up on a Monday.  If you require a longer rental period please contact us for rate information.  All charges are for time out whether used or not.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment:
Final payment is due at or before delivery.  We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Local Personal Checks with a valid driver's license.
Identification:
A valid Driver's License or another major form of I.D. is required.
Reservations:
Early planning ensures product availability.  During the peak rental season we will require a deposit to confirm the reservation.  You can make reservations by calling us or using our on-line Rental Reservations Request.
Order Changes:
Additions made before 5 p.m. on the day before delivery are welcome, subject to availability.  If an order is cancelled and we have made the items you requested unavailable to others, you are charged one half of the total rental amount.
Broken, Damaged and Missing Rental Items:
The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup.  Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.  Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in your possession.
Security and Cleaning Deposits:
Most items require a deposit to cover any additional charges that need to be assessed for soiled or missing items.  This deposit is returned to the customer after we have received the rental items back in clean, good working order.
Damage Waiver:
A damage waiver fee of 10% is an OPTION available to renters.  This fee relieves the renter of liability for accidental damage to rented items.  EXCLUDED from this waiver are any loss or damage due to theft, burglary, mysterious disappearance, mildewed linens, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or failure to care for rental items as one would their own property.
Specifications and Capabilities:
Many items shown in our catalog and on our web site list their specifications and/or capabilities.  These numbers are approximate and subject to change due to updating and replacement of equipment or circumstances beyond our control.
